By accessing the website at The Holy Awadh Hotel, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings with fraudulent information

3. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can be made through credit/debit card, UPI, or at the hotel. A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur full room charges
  • No-show reservations will be charged in full
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Liability Limitation

The Holy Awadh Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. House Rules

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect other guests and staff members
  • Not cause any damage to hotel property
  • Adhere to quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM)
  • Not bring hazardous materials or weapons
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
